When I first saw Synduality Echo of Ada, I was a bit confused, but after seeing more and more gameplay, the PvPvE extraction shooter hooked me. And now, it looks like we will get the chance to try it out a bit early as the game is getting a Closed Beta, and we can sign up to try it out for ourselves!
The test was announced earlier today and will be going on from March 28th until April 1st. To sign up for a chance to participate, you just have to go to Bandai Namco's website and enter some information. You will have to verify your email as well, but after that, you should be all set! The trailer above that announced the date does have some gameplay in it, too, which made me even more excited. I love extraction shooters like Escape from Tarkov and Marauders, so this is going to be a very awesome game to test out!
The game doesn't have a release date, but should be coming sometime this year. There aren't any listings for its recommended hardware, so I can't say for sure how well it could run yet, but Bandai Namco games have been quite a joy to play on the Steam Deck, and I haven't found one that was relatively unplayable. Even Tekken 8, which was released in January, is very playable on the Steam Deck at 60 FPS!
You can wishlist Synduality Echo of Ada now on Steam.
