Valve has been quite busy bringing in more and more games to the Verified and Playable list. They have been pulling in so much, that we have now passed the 8,000 mark for the games that have these ratings too!

This is confirmed from SteamDB where a search for Steam Deck Verified and Playable games came out to 8,018 at the time of writing! While you can search on Steam itself and it will show that only 7,853 titles are Verified or Playable, it doesn't take into account all of the games that have been de-listed. On top of that, it seems there are 2,400 unsupported titles as well, which is a bit interesting!

A quick aside, just because a game is Verified or Playable doesn't mean it will run well on the Steam Deck. There are multiple instances of games that are Verified, like Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2, that have major issues like artifacting, while Unsupported games, like The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky, run perfectly on the Deck. These ratings are a great way to see if they run at face value, but take it with a grain of salt. I recommend checking our reviews or ProtonDB to see more definitive answers to how games could run!
