I still find it so cool that The Last of Us is playable on PC now. Being able to experience the story of Joel and Ellie is just a blast, and there's a reason it's one of my favorite story-driven experiences that I have played in recent years. The fact that it's even remotely playable on the Steam Deck is pretty amazing too, and the newest update should make the experience a bit better!

The new update is a small one overall and has five different changes that they are bringing to the game. On the Steam Deck side, distorted or degraded audio has been improved in certain areas of the game. Outside of that, FSR 4 has been added to the game, along with different performance optimizations, crash fixes, and stability improvements.
You can check out the full changelog for the update via their Steam Community Post.
The Last of Us Part 1 is on sale for $29.99 for the Steam Summer Sale and is rated Verified.
