Extraction Shooters seem to be the new meta right now, following on from Battle Royales and MOBAs. Bandai Namco is here with their take on the genre, with SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada, a PvPvE extraction shooter set on the world of Amasia. They're running a closed network test for the game from September 13th to 16th, with signups available here, until the 3rd of September.
After the test is over, you'll be asked for your feedback on the gameplay, network connectivity, the game's balancing, as well as your AI companion's behavior and weapon options.
You can view the latest trailer for SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada below to see what it's all about!
SYNDUALITY ECHO OF ADA is an extraction shooter set in a dystopian futuristic world, you'll be venturing into the planet's ruins in your mech with your trusty AI companion. Most of humanity has been wiped out by a disaster, now you must work together with, or against, others who are scouring the ruins of Amasia for anything worth salvaging! But beware, other humans aren't your only threat, with deformed creatures now roaming the landscape, you'll need to keep your wits about you.

The Closed Network Test will be available on Steam. Signups to participate are live, and players can register here: https://bnent.eu/SYN-CNT.
As a note, the game is going to be using Easy Anti-Cheat, as per the EULA on the Steam store page, so here's hoping the developers have enabled Linux support for it!
