This week has some fantastic new Steam Deck Verified and Playable games to enjoy. Fallen Aces and Karate Survivor got their Verified badges, while Astral Throne and Storage Hunter Simulator got their Playable ones. Marvel's Spider-Man 2 also got the green checkmark, however it isn't the greatest experience on the Deck.

Here are the 10 highlights we found:

Verified or Playable games don't automatically mean they work amazing out of the box. Some of these games may require work to optimize and play well. Here are our thoughts on the system and how it can be fixed.

Fallen Aces (Verified)

The A.C.E.S, watchful guardians of Switchblade City, are being taken down, one by one. Now it's up to one man, with two fists, to get to the bottom of it all. Fallen Aces is a crime noir FPS that plays right out of the '90s and looks like it's right outta the comics.

The game is $12.99 and is rated Verified.

Marvel's Spider-Man 2 (Verified)

Be Greater. Together. The incredible power of the symbiote forces Peter Parker and Miles Morales into a desperate fight as they balance their lives, friendships, and their duty to protect in an exciting chapter of the critically acclaimed Spider-Man franchise on PC.

The game is $59.99 and is rated Verified. However, it does still have framerate drops and big compromises to visuals, so be warned before purchasing.

Karate Survivor (Verified)

Become a martial arts master in this survivor-like roguelite inspired by action movies of the ‘80s. Use your fists, feet, and the environment to fight off relentless thugs. Master powerful combos, enhance your skills, and remember: everything around you is a weapon!

The game is $4.99 and is rated Verified.

Astral Throne (Playable)

Uncover the mystery of a land beset by a Falling Star's curse in this Roguelike Strategy RPG inspired by the classics. Build your party, recruit new allies, and synergize your team's skills for decisive victory.

The game is $19.99 and is rated Playable due to needing to manually bring up the virtual keyboard and small in-game text.

Storage Hunter (Playable)

Play as one of the bidders for abandoned warehouses and uncover hidden treasures! Storage Hunter is a garage auction simulation game. Bid, win, and sell for profit! Become the king of storage auction.

The game is $24.99 and is rated Playable due to showing incorrect controller icons, small in-game text, and needing manual configuration of the graphics settings.

Drova - Forsaken Kin (Verified)

Drova is an Action-RPG that marries the dark grim tones of its genre with the mysticism of Celtic mythology. Encounter a society where ancient restless spirits and divided factions battle for dominance. Uncover forgotten abilities and unravel the secrets of a past shrouded in mystery.

The game is $24.99 and is rated Verified.

Sea Fantasy (Verified)

Save the world by fishing! This is a brand new action RPG game where you stand on an adventure to fish the Sea'Az, the marine life of this world, in a vast pixel world. This is not a peaceful fishing game. The destruction of the world is imminent....

The game is $14.99 and is rated Verified.

Gacha Fever (Verified)

Gacha Fever is a suvivors like in a cute and colorful universe. You will fight waves of monsters with various weapons, from the machine gun to the magical girl wand and the Bubble Tea Canon ! Just be careful of the area!

The game is $4.99 and is rated Verified.

Blood Running (Playable)

Blood Running is a stylish extraction shooter where you'll enter the cyber-wasteland, fight off creatures and bandits, loot valuable gear, and venture into the remnants of a world in ruins. Are you willing to bleed to survive, Blood Runner?

The game is on sale for $13.49 until March 7th and is rated Playable due to showing incorrect controller icons.

Arctic Motel Simulator (Playable)

Have you ever been to the Arctic? Do you want to open a motel in the Arctic? With the company of aurora, blizzards, polar days and nights, primeval forests, and wild animals, can you turn a run-down motel into a landmark in the Arctic?

The game is $17.99 and is rated Playable due to needing a community controller configuration, showing incorrect controller icons, small in-game text, and need to manually bring up the virtual keyboard.
