The Modular Steam Deck Case ($27 - $64 with 7Y10 or 7Y20 coupon)
First up, we have the ModCase, JSAUX's modular Steam Deck case! This is a protective case that will go around your Steam Deck, but it can come with or be compatible with extra components to enhance your experience. There are different tiers here, so let me break them down:
- Basic Set - Has the case, a metal stand, strap, and travel cover. Costs $27 with 7Y10 ($3 savings)
- Cooler Kit - Everything in the basic set + the cooler fan to keep the Deck cold. Costs $40 with 7Y20 ($20 savings)
- Hub Kit - Everything in the basic set + 11-port USB-C hub. Costs $64 ($26 savings)
- The USB-C hub has 2 USB 3.0, 1 USB 2.0, a micro SD card and SD card reader (expanded storage), 2 USB C ports, a HDMI port, a DisplayPort, a gigabit ethernet, and 3.5mm audio port. The hub can be purchased separately for $56 with 7Y20 coupon, but I would recommend just getting the Hub Kit case above since it is an $8 difference.
- M.2 Slot Kit - Everything in the basic set + M.2 Hard Drive attachment. Does not come with a M.2, so you will need to purchase that separately. Costs $45 ($5 savings).
Of all of these, either the Cooler Kit or Hub Kit would be the best deals, but if you want a bang for your buck, I would go with the Hub Kit. Being able to keep the Deck cool is amazing, but having an attachable USB-C hub that can expand your storage a bit is fantastic.
Steam Deck Docks (Some May Work With ROG Ally Too)
The Base Dock ($38 with coupon HB0603-GREY)
This is going to be the bare minimum dock that one should have! It has 3 USB 3.0 ports, a HDMI 2.0, and a gigabit ethernet. The original price is $50, so with the coupon, you will be saving a solid $12!
You can also get the dock with a 45W charger, but I would use the 7Y10 coupon instead, which will bring the price from $60 to $49.50. Not as good a deal, but still solid!
The Multi-Monitor Dock ($47.70 with coupon 7Y10)
Similar to the base dock above, this one will have 3 USB 3.2 ports, a HDMI port, and a gigabit ethernet. But unlike the one above, this dock also has a DisplayPort, allowing for a multi-monitor setup! The dock is $47.70 with the coupon code above, which means you will be saving $12.30 from its original price of $60!
You can also get the dock with a 45W charger, which will bring the total price to $54. This is a much better deal than the one above since you'd be saving $16 from the original price of $70.
The Expanded Storage Dock ($80 - $182 with coupon 7Y20 without M.2 or 7Y30 with M.2)
Now this is quite possibly one of the best deals thanks to the ability to use the 20% or 30% off coupon with it! This dock has 2 USB 3.2 ports, a HDMI port, and a gigabit ethernet, but also comes with a M.2 slot on the top to expand your storage!
The base model, which comes without a M.2, is $80 with the 7Y20 coupon since it is below the $100 mark, but it ends up saving $40 as the original price of the dock is $130. Getting a M.2 with it will save a a lot of money though. The 1tb M.2 bundle lowers from $190 to $133 (saving $57), while the 2tb M.2 bundle lowers from $260 to $182 (saving $78) thanks to both being able to use the 7Y30 coupon.
Steam Deck Carrying Bags/Cases
The Shoulder Bag ($41.40 with coupon 7Y10)
Quite possibly my favorite carrying bag/case so far, the shoulder bag goes around your...well shoulder...and allows you to carry your Steam Deck, portable battery, cables, dock, and more thanks to the pockets it has! It is easier to carry around and I like being able to have my hands free.
The bag will run you $41.40, which means you will save around $8.60 from the original price of $50.
Basic Carrying Case ($13 with coupon BG0102)
If you are looking for something basic to just hold in your hand, this is the cheapest way to go! This is the first protective case that I got and I still use it when I don't use the shoulder bag! It has a little hole underneath where the Deck rests to hold some items, as well as some slots to hold SD cards. It can double as a stand for the Deck too if necessary!
The case costs $13, which saves you around $17 from the original $30 price.
Upgraded Carrying Case ($25.20 with coupon 7Y10)
An upgraded version of the carrying case above, this one will allow you to lift the entire section the Steam Deck rests on, allowing for more space to store your goods. Everything else is relatively the same!
This case will cost $25.20 (with code 7Y10), saving around $4.80 from the base price of $30.
Transparent Covers (Price Varies)
JSAUX has some fantastic transparent shells that you can put on your Deck to see the internals while you are playing! They have a front and back cover, with the back being significantly easier to install, but both require some knowledge. Each product comes with all the tools you will need, and some color options, but vary in price!
