Into the Emberlands invites you to, well, the Emberlands! The world has been engulfed by the mysterious Miasma, plunging everything into darkness. You are the chosen Lightbearer, equipped with a lantern filled with radiant Ember. It's down to you to cut through the thick shroud, and venture across different biomes, saving those that strayed from the path and became lost in the darkness.

Into the Emberlands is due to arrive on Steam later this Summer! You can check out the game's announcement trailer below:

Into the Emberlands is a cozy adventure game with a rogue-lite twist. Your job is to rescue the Knacks that have lost their way out in the wilds and lead them back to safety. You will be collecting a wide assortment of resources that you will use to rebuild and expand the village, transforming it into a safe haven for the Knacks! Just make sure you don't become the next one lost in the wilds!

You will navigate procedurally generated landscapes and biomes that will make each adventure different from the last. Every biome will offer unique challenges and encounters, so you'll need to adapt your playstyle if you want to succeed.

Will you be able to banish the Miasma for good and help the Knacks thrive in the village that you build? You'll be able to find out this Summer!

Into the Emberlands is due to launch on Steam later this Summer, it is available to wishlist now. The game is planned to have partial controller support, and there's no word on system requirements yet, but just from the screenshots, you'd imagine the Steam Deck is capable of running the game.
