The new Delta Force game launched late last year to a reasonably warm reception on Steam, and while the game's performance on Steam Deck isn't the best, we found that it still can be enjoyed to a degree on the handheld.

Now, though, the developers have outlined the new content and improvements they plan to bring to the multiplayer FPS over the course of 2025, you can check out their new roadmap down below.

As you can see, the range of updates planned for Delta Force in 2025 is vast, from new maps, to new weapons, gadgets, classes, additional game modes, as well as those good old cosmetics to purchase.

That's not all, as existing features in the game, such as the game's movement and the environmental destruction also seem to have an upgrade on the cards.

It's not mentioned here, but the developers have previously stated that Delta Force is due to receive controller support in Q1 2025, so hopefully that will simplify playing the game on the Steam Deck.

It's good to see the game seemingly well-supported by both the player base and the development team behind it, with a solid plan in place for 2025.

Will you be trying out Delta Force in 2025 as these new updates begin to roll out? It's available for free on Steam right now. If this is your kind of game, it's well worth a try.
