Rising Lords is a Medieval Turn-Based Strategy game that combines elements from Card and Board games. Build your cities, collect resources, and expand your empire as you play the campaign or in battles with up to 3 friends in the cross-platform multiplayer.

Check out the launch trailer below:

Manage your production, resources, construction, diplomacy, tax, and more as you try to maintain control of your kingdom, and profit off of your serf's backs.

Will you go for an all-out attack on your enemies? Or would you rather besiege their towns and gradually starve them into submission? With the game's card system, things can quickly turn around, for better or worse, so be prepared for anything!

On top of all that, Rising Lords has a scenario and map editor, allowing you to create your own custom maps or missions and then share them on the Steam Workshop. I'm always a big fan of games that have level editors in them.

Rising Lords is available on Steam for $16.99 (normal price $19.99). It currently holds "Mostly Positive" user reviews, and is graded as "Playable" on the Steam Deck, due to sometimes requiring the On-Screen keyboard and having some hard-to-read text. But in general, it should run pretty well on the Steam Deck.
