We've mentioned the game a few times here on SDHQ, but RIPOUT, the Co-op Horror FPS, is leaving Early Access after 7 months in the works. Not only that, but version 1.0 is bringing with it a swathe of new content!

So what does Version 1.0 of RIPOUT bring to the table? Well, for starters, there's going to be 8 additional levels added to the game, on top of that, a new objective type will be added, known as Kill Zone.

In Kill Zone, players have to eliminate a certain amount of enemies in a specific section of the level in order to continue.

There are also balancing changes, with damage changing based on the amount of players in the match as well as how far through the current sector you are.

Some quality-of-life improvements are being brought in, such as the ability to change aim sensitivity, as well as a new accessibility feature to toggle Aim Down Sights, instead of having to hold the button.

Finally, an important feature for us Steam Deck users, Cloud Save support is being added.

RIPOUT is available on Steam for $24.99. It is rated as Playable on the Steam Deck, due to small in-game text and sometimes requiring the on-screen keyboard to be manually invoked, as well as displaying incorrect controller icons.
