Steam Frame Proton 11 FEX

A new beta update for Proton 11 was released, though it’s a very small one that won’t really benefit us on the Steam Deck. It updated FEX to 2605, which comes with a good chunk of performance improvements, JIT fixes, and more. Since this is FEX, it will affect ARM devices like the upcoming Steam Frame, and that is fantastic.
