These are a good chunk of great titles to get, making it a worthwhile deal to expand our portable libraries. Forgive Me Father 2, Call of Cthulhu, Whisper Mountain Outbreak, and Sundered are all fantastic games, so I will say the $13 tier is best. It's hard not to love the deal, so I highly recommend picking it up.
