The Hell is US demo is coming back on 12 August, when PC players via Steam will be able to jump back in to give it another try.

A free digital comic book for Hell is US is also now available on nacongaming.com. Quebec studio Rogue Factor and Dead Good Comics collaborated with NACON to bring a 16-page book tie-in for the main protagonist, Remi. Hell is US is a 3rd-person action-adventure game that offers melee combat, exploration, and a unique storyline, releasing on 4 September 2025 for PC (Steam, Epic Games Store). The demo for the game will be available from 12 to 28 August 2025 on Steam and Epic Games Store.

Players can discover the events that take place before the game begins. Hadea is a fictional country where Remi was born. The nation was abandoned due to the civil war, which allowed dangerous creatures to live there. Remi needs to defeat these monsters by using the equipment at his disposal.

The artwork by Andrea Scalmazzi (Dune: House Corrino, Samuel Stern) and Antonio Antro (Lego Batman Magazine, Power Rangers) is featured in this comic book. The story is written by Stu Taylor (Crusader Kings III: Many Roads to Power, Octobriana and the Underground, Warhammer Monthly), under the supervision of Hell is Us Creative and Art Director Jonathan Jacques-Belletête.

We can't wait for players to be able to embark on the adventure, via the demo available on PC and consoles from 12 to 28 August, and of course, when the game is finally released on 4 September.”
