Against the Storm continues to get new content in the form of the Nightwatchers DLC, and it is out now! Nightwatchers introduces the Bats as a new species, new biomes and a bunch more additions.

The Bats are efficient but volatile creatures that thrive on conflict with rival factions. Their Manorial Court ability is used to expel rivals to boost morale, and they also gain resolve when other species leave the settlement.  The two new biomes are Rocky Ravine and Bamboo Flats that have their own unique twists to contend with as you try to obey the Queen’s demands.

Alongside the launch of the DLC, the 1.8 Commons update is out now, adding a new Smoldering City upgrade, a new way to fulfill service needs, and a bunch of the usual bug fixes.

The Nightwatchers DLC is available on Steam, with a sale on all content for another two weeks.
