Zet Zillions was released under the radar for me, but I am sad I missed it. The roguelike deckbuilder is gorgeous and stylish, with some interesting mechanics that pique my interest. It looks fantastic, and with an 88% review score right now, the consumers seem to agree. A couple of days ago, a new update was released that added in a ton of content with some other quality-of-life changes, which includes Steam Deck support!

This is a big content update, but for those who want to play on the Steam Deck, this will be a great update! With the 1.5 patch, we officially have both Steam Deck and Controller support. There aren't any specifics into how it's now supported, but I assume it goes hand in hand with the controller support. Either way, it is amazing to see and it should be significantly easier to play the game on the Deck.

On top of this, we have the Nix Story arc conclusion and additional chapters, padding out the content you can play through. There are also new bosses and enemies to go along with this, giving us more variety to play with. This makes traveling through the randomly generated galaxies a bit more diverse, and I can't complain about that. We also have some tweaks to Deck unlocking, though there aren't any specifics as to how this was tweaked.

You can check out the announcement for yourself via their Steam Community Post.

Zet Zillions is on sale on Steam for $8.49 until August 1st.
