Warhammer Skulls saw plenty of cool announcements for fans of the massive grimdark universe, including Boltgun 2 and Owlcat Games’ new CRPG Dark Heresy!

The Warhammer Skulls showcase aired yesterday in a 40-minute-long presentation of all the awesome things coming to the Warhammer franchise, and it brought us a glut of announcements. There are too many here to count, but we are focusing on two in particular. First off is the sequel to the very successful Warhammer 40K: Boltgun, and fans of Boltgun can enjoy Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun - Words of Vengeance for free in a frenzied type-based shooter. No release date is set for Boltgun 2 yet, but I really enjoyed the first one!

The second is Owlcat Games and their upcoming CRPG in Dark Heresy. I was a big fan of Rogue Trader, and I’m excited to see their lessons through developing their first big Warhammer RPG translated over to Dark Heresy.
