If you are looking for a new life simulator, To Pixelia should be on your radar. You will climb the career ladder of your choice, which can vary between politics, art, sports, cooking, music, and more. You will live out your dream life, which is wrapped in a gorgeous pixel aesthetic, and after yesterday's update, should be better to play on the Steam Deck.

To Pixelia

The new update kicks off with some extra, more optimized Steam Deck controller support. It should make the game feel significantly better to play on the Deck right out of the box. Developer Pixeduo Studios is also working on 1280x800 resolution support, making the UI fully navigable with the gamepad, bigger text sizes, custom in-game keyboard, and smoother gameplay. This is all to get that Verified badge, which is a wonderful goal to have in mind.

The update also includes some bug fixes, which include TVs and some furniture disappearing from NPC homes, phone calls triggering scene transitions, autosaving when changing scenes, successfully lockpicking not increasing the corresponding skill, and more. They are also working on some other features like cloud saves, waypoint markers, an overhaul for mini-games, and much more.

You can check out the full changelog via their Steam Community Post.

To Pixelia can be purchased on Steam for $14.99 and is currently rated Playable due to needing a community controller configuration, showing incorrect controller icons, needing to manually bring up the virtual keyboard, and small in-game text.
