Super Farming Boy doesn't look like any other farming simulator I have seen before. Of course, you harvest and grow crops, but you are also a superhero who has to fight and defend the farm against enemies. You can also use your powers to help you farm, and it looks like harvesting crops also has its own unique chain reaction and combo mechanics. It looks awesome, and leading up to its release, it got a new update that includes some nice Steam Deck improvements.

In the new update, we have two specific points that are geared towards the Steam Deck. The camera is now closer to the actual character, so we won't have to squint our eyes to see what we are doing, and there have been "various Steam Deck-specific improvements." Not sure what the various improvements are, but any optimizations are better than none.
On top of those, Apple trees will no longer disappear during storms, veggie combo hits now display correctly in the Encyclopedia and shop, more Space Gazette missions yield more rewards, Ghouls will no longer wait while you are transitioning in areas, and it's easier to interact with NPCs. The Steam Achievements are also active and working now, volume settings should save between sessions correctly, and special crops no longer get destroyed by falling Apples.
You can check out the full changelog for the update via their Steam Community Post.

Super Farming Boy will be available on August 12th and can be wishlisted now.
