We're back, baby! It's Summer Game Fest time, one of the biggest, if not the biggest, gaming event of the year. With 2 hours of games shown and plenty of exciting games on the horizon, let's take a look at all of the game announcements from Summer Game Fest 2026!

Resident Evil: Veronica, Reimagines the Classic - Coming in 2027

We got a nice peek at a new Resident Evil game, Resident Evil: Veronica, which dives back into the classic game and explores the story of Claire Redfield.

New Cuphead Game In the Works, as well as a Retro-Inspired Cuphead Spin-Off

There are 2 new Cuphead games in the works, one being hand-drawn much like the original, and the other adopting a retro pixel art aesthetic, which we got a quick tease of in the video above.

Alien Isolation 2 Teased, No Release Window Yet

Yep, one of the scariest games of our time is coming back with a sequel. Alien Isolation 2 was announced, this time taking place on a colony world, so I'm expecting a slightly wider map that's going to be just as scary.

Project: Robot, From the Creator of Shadow of the Colossus, is now Titled gen Atlas, Here's a Look

The creator of ICO, Shadow of the Colossus, and The Last Guardian is back with gen Atlas. We saw a little tease of this a few years ago, but this time we saw some actual gameplay and it looks very much in keeping with the developer's previous titles.

Blood Message, a Cinematic Single-Player Action Adventure

Not too much information on this one, but it looks to be a story-based action-adventure title based in China.

RGG's Next Project, Stranger Than Heaven, is Launching January 15th, 2027

Stranger Than Heaven from the Yakuza/Like a Dragon developers got a release date of January 15th, 2027, which is interesting, because I still feel like we don't know much about this one. We do know, however, that there will be voice acting provided by Snoop Dogg and... Tupac.

Final Fantasy VII: Revelation Brings us the Final Fight in Spring 2027

To wrap the show up, we got the reveal of the third and final part of the Final Fantasy VII Trilogy. You'll finally face your final battle against Sephiroth in this conclusion of the epic saga, which will launch across all platforms (including PC & Switch 2) simultaneously in Spring 2027.
