There are some great new Steam Deck Verified and Playable games from the past week. Into the Dead: Our Darkest Days and Batman Arkham City GOTY Edition both got their green checkmarks, while the new MECCHA CHAMELEON is rated Playable.

Into the Dead: Our Darkest Days (Verified)

MECCHA CHAMELEON (Playable)

Paint yourself to blend in! "Meccha Chameleon" is a new sensation hide-and-seek game where you paint your white body to mimic the stage. Spot, pose, and "artistic skill" are keys to survival. Deceive Seekers with techniques that put chameleons to shame! Supports public matches and streaming.

The game is $5.99 and is rated Playable due to showing incorrect controller icons, needing a community controller configuration, needing to change graphical settings for optimal performance, small in-game text, and needing to bring up the virtual keyboard manually.

Batman Arkham City GOTY Edition (Verified)

Batman: Arkham City builds upon the intense, atmospheric foundation of Batman: Arkham Asylum, sending players flying through the expansive Arkham City - five times larger than the game world in Batman: Arkham Asylum - the new maximum security "home" for all of Gotham City's thugs, gangsters and insane criminal masterminds. Blood Gauntlet (Verified)

The game will be released on June 29th and is rated Verified.

As We Descend (Verified)

The apocalyptic roguelike deckbuilder with squad sculpting and deep tactics. Recruit the right units and outmaneuver titanic foes on dangerous expeditions. Build up allies and resources in the feudal Vault-City. Can you survive all the perils that await the last bastion of humanity?

The game is $19.99 and is rated Verified.

Crabmeat (Verified)

A short first-person point & click survival horror game where you're a prisoner tasked with crabbing for priceless Southern King Crabs to pay off your debt to the Feudostate. Navigate the harsh waters of the Antarctic and defend your ship from the threats that dwell under the icy waters.

The game is $7.99 and is rated Verified.

Thank You For Your Application (Playable)

Thank You for Your Application is a story-driven interview simulation game. After 15 rounds of interviews, you are reassigned as a junior interviewer, tasked with screening candidates’ resumes according to company requirements and issuing the appropriate thank letters.

The game is on sale for $16.99 until July 3rd and is rated Playable due to small in-game text.

Dark Light: Survivor (Verified)

Dark Light: Survivor is a dark sci-fi action roguelike with ARPG loot and third-person shooter combat. Switch anytime between top-down view and TPS aiming as you build weapons, skills, and classes across brutal multiverse runs.

The game is $16.99 and is rated Verified.

The Last Salvage Squad (Verified)

One day, a gargantuan alien spaceship invades and unleashes countless combat weapons upon Earth, demolishing human civilization in the blink of an eye. Although humans succeeded in developing special weapons that could deal an effective blow to the aliens, it was too late to revive their civilization.

Road to Empress 2 (Playable)

Play as the protagonist in this live-action interactive palace survival drama! Take a dynasty's fate into your own hands in Road to Empress II, the new content of the global hit. Defy fate, navigate intrigue, and claim the throne of power. You decide it all!
