This week, we have a good chunk of new games that got their Steam Deck Verified and Playable badges. Little Nightmares 3 and the upcoming Super Fantasy Kingdom both got their green checkmarks, while the newly released Absolum got the Playable badge to note that it should run decently on the Deck.

Here are the 10 highlights we found:

Little Nightmares 3 (Verified) (SDHQ Review)

Little Nightmares III is an atmospheric adventure game in which you follow the journey of Low and Alone, two best friends in search of a way out of the Nowhere. In 2 players online cooperation or solo with an A.I., work together to solve puzzles and survive in this nightmarish world.

The game is $39.99 and is rated Verified.

Super Fantasy Kingdom (Verified)

Rebuild your kingdom and explore a vibrant fantasy world in this roguelite city builder. Defeat hordes of monsters with a unique team of defenders as you harvest, build, mine, cook, brew, and grow. But if your defenses should fail, be prepared to watch it all burn!

The game can be wishlisted ahead of its October 24th release and is rated Verified.

Absolum (Playable)

Fight as the outcast heroes of Talamh in a fierce battle to retake magic from Sun King Azra’s grasp in Absolum, an original roguelite beat ‘em up by Dotemu.

The game is on sale for $22.49 until October 16th and is rated Playable due to small in-game text.

KIZUNA ENCOUNTER: SUPER TAG BATTLE (Verified)

Sudden-death tag team turmoil—with weapons! KIZUNA ENCOUNTER: SUPER TAG BATTLE rises from its 1996 arcade roots in this enhanced Steam edition. Includes rollback netcode for seamless online play, a swathe of new features, and a bonus jukebox and media gallery—plus even lets 4 players fight at once!

The game is on sale for $14.99 until October 18th and is rated Verified.

The Bleakest Keep (Verified)

The Bleakest Keep is a challenging action horror roguelike. Survive the horrors of the Keep, upgrade your gear, and earn ranks as you ascend the tower and save the world!

The game is $9.99 and is rated Verified.

House of Necrosis (Verified)

A turn-based horror RPG with retro 32-bit 3D graphics. Survive the horrors of the mansion that changes every time you enter.

The game is $11.99 and is rated Verified.

SWAPMEAT (Playable)

Rip through hostile alien worlds, harvest mutant body parts mid-combat, and adapt faster than the enemies before they overwhelm you. Every alien you harvest gives you new body parts with unique powers — triple-jump legs, turret-dropping torsos, grenade-launching turkey heads.

The game can be wishlisted ahead of its release and is rated Playable due to small in-game text. They also have a note that the game doesn't support cross-platform saved games.

Critter Cove (Verified)

A deep, open world life sim and town building game set in a cozy post-apocalyptic paradise. Restore your town, sail across a mysterious archipelago, rescue animal pals. Hunt for relics and farm, fish & craft everything you need. Can you help turn Critter Cove into a thriving tourist town once again?

The game is $24.99 and is rated Verified.

Snoopy and The Great Mystery Club (Playable)

Join Snoopy and the gang in an all-new mystery adventure packed with charm, clever puzzles, and heartwarming friendships! Step into Snoopy’s paws and detective hat as you explore the town, solve challenging cases, and uncover hidden secrets—with help from the lovable Peanuts gang.

The game is on sale for $35.99 until October 24th and is rated Playable due to the game not setting the correct resolution by default.

Mirthwood (Verified)

Embark on an enchanting journey and brave ferocious creatures in an immersive medieval fantasy world. Will you settle a new homestead to live a life of farming and trade, or pick up the sword and take up the adventurers' path?

The game is $24.99 and is rated Verified.
