There was a new Steam Deck Beta Client yesterday with even more Steam Controller fixes and other issues. The Steam Controller Welcome Dialog will no longer appear while updating the controller's firmware, and there have also been some adjustments to trackpad touch settings. We also have some styling regression fixes from the previous update, while the client will no longer disconnect after a short period of time when doing non-local streaming.
You can download the update yourself in the System Settings on the Steam Deck. Make sure your update channel is set to Beta or Preview.
