If you like cleaning up messes as well as hack and slash games, Scrubbin Trubble got announced at this year’s MIX Summer Game Showcase!

Developed by new indie team Odd Object, Scrubbin’ Trubble is a co-op, turn-based roguelite built around the theme of washing and household appliances. It is quirky, but I like stuff like this! While a co-op adventure, players can take on the challenges of the Four Filfths of the Apocylapse in a giant house, wiping out grimy enemies with a nice selection of classes.

Some examples of washy characters are the Bleacher who snipes at foes from long range with their stain cleaning and the absorbing tank Bubbaladin, with similar sounding equipment to rely on in combat. It sounds a little bonkers, but it seems fun enough to me.

Scrubbin’ Trubble can be wishlisted on Steam, and is due to launch later this year.
