Road to Empress is all set to bring Wu Zetian to a full-motion video drama from New One Studio. She is a female emperor in Chinese history. The BAFTA-winning producer, Demi Guan, allows viewers to experience this new and interactive FMV challenge.

Get ready to experience the imperial palace, including the visuals, authentic details, and artifacts. Road to Empress allows the viewers to watch and then make a decision during crucial times. This choose-your-own-adventure drama allows the viewers to interact with Road to Empress by simply clicking or tapping. Decisions are important to survive and conquer this palace.

Demi Guan, New One Studio, and Road to Empress producer said, “Wu Zetian is an inspirational and iconic figure as a powerful symbol of Chinese womanhood, and we wanted to showcase her journey to a global audience. And while her story has been adapted many times, we wanted to create an interactive, immersive experience in Road to Empress, which will help others better see why her story resonates through the centuries.”

You get to experience the rise of Wu Zetian from a low-ranking court figure to become the Empress of China. Viewers will pass through the dangerous palace along several story paths. Modify your story via interactive, time-based actions and technical decisions. Get access to psychological profiles, depending on your decisions while progressing.
