Rekindled Trails looks like a game that I could sit back, relax, and enjoy. You go on journeys to diverse biomes, gathering resources in a Resident Evil 4-style backpack, and sell them to earn the funds needed to upgrade and rebuild the towns you come across. I really enjoy how it looks, and it sounds like it's going to be a bit better for those playing on a Steam Deck.

With the new update, the game has been made to be more playable on the Steam Deck. This includes changing the default resolution to the Deck's native 1280x800 and increasing the text size to make it more readable on the smaller screen. Both of these should help a bunch, especially the text size adjustments.
The rest of the update is focused more on fixing other bugs in the game. These include getting stuck by dashing in some spots, being able to get bloodbeets in Cattle Canyon after Buck's quest, and Blackjack Draws returning your bet correctly.
You can check out the full changelog for the update via their Steam Community Post.

Rekindled Trails is on sale for $14.39 on Steam until July 14th.
