Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. has announced that fans can now pre-order the ONE PIECE: PIRATE WARRIORS 4 Character Pass 3. This character pass includes new playable characters, customization, and bonus content for the game. DLCs No. 7 and No. 8 are also included in the Character Pass 3, featuring six new characters starting with Rob Lucci CP-0, joining in Fall 2025.

You can also get the pass bonus, Shanks’ Special Technique “Divine Departure”, and a new character suit. Up to 4 million copies of ONE PIECE: PIRATE WARRIORS 4 have been sold, but the team is not stopping as they’re adding new content.

DLC 7 for ONE PIECE: PIRATE WARRIORS 4 will come with three new characters, which are included in Character Pass 3. Rob Lucci is a playable character who is the masked agent of CP-0; he’s also known as Massacre Weapon. However, he was reinstated into Cipher Pol as part of CP-0, as Spandam's superior, and he was dismissed and was responsible for the Straw Hats' havoc on Enies Lobby. Players will gain new deadly combos and devastating attacks to eliminate the group of enemies in Character Pass 3.

Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. has also shared the ONE PIECE: PIRATE WARRIORS 4 Character Pass 3 Release trailer.

Character Pass 3 also offers the Special Selection Pack (DLC No. 8), which is set for Early 2026 and brings three new playable characters. Eneru, King, and Z are the three new characters, and each comes with a unique moveset in the game. Eneru destroyed his homeland and proceeded to take over Skypiea with his followers by using the Goro Goro no Mi power. However, Monkey D. Luffy defeated him after he reached Fairy Vearth.

King has the ability to create fire and is part of one of the three All-Stars of the Beasts. Once, he was a member of the near-extinct lunarian race from the Red Line. Z was the Neo Marines' Supreme Commander and former Marine Admiral and instructor.

ONE PIECE: PIRATE WARRIORS 4 is developed by KOEI TECMO GAMES and allows players to explore the world with friends. Whole Cake Island and a game-exclusive original Wano story are included in the game, providing the feel of extraordinary arcs and environments in ONE PIECE.

Players can play ONE PIECE: PIRATE WARRIORS 4 on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam.
