Old Man’s Journey is a classic puzzle game from 2017, and despite being a little slow, I remember the game quite fondly. It’s still receiving updates to this day, and a recent patch has brought in some vital improvements, including full compatibility on the Steam Deck.

I always like it when old games get Steam Deck patches, and Old Man’s Journey has received some essential additions. Achievements are now in the game, and there are improvements to the Steam Deck compatibility, like an adjustment to its controls, which got it that sweet green checkmark. Finally, cloud sync is available, which was a big irritation I had for years! Being unable to play a single playthrough on the go was frustrating, so this is, overall, a great patch.
