Ocean Keeper: Dome Survival is another interesting top-down roguelike that looks like fun. You explore dungeons and fight monsters on the ocean floor. You'll have to farm for resources to upgrade your equipment, take part in massive boss fights, and customize your mech spider to make sure you survive. And from the latest post, it looks like it's only going to be getting better on the Steam Deck.

Ocean Keeper: Dome Survival

In an FAQ that developer RetroStyle Games posted on Steam, the team addresses when the game will be coming to other platforms. They say that they know many want to play the game on Xbox and PlayStation, but the priority now is getting the game optimized and Verified for the Steam Deck. While the game is already rated Playable, it sounds like the team wants to improve it even further, and I couldn't be happier.

The FAQ also addresses a couple of other questions, including why saves disappeared once the game was fully released, and a reward for players who bought the game pre-release. Ocean Keeper officially launched into 1.0 on May 2nd, and with it came a ton of new content. It was too difficult for the team to maintain the saves with all of the new content and some removed aspects. The team also provided a Golden Machine Gun to help players who played before the release progress quickly to get back to where they were.

You can check out the FAQ via their Steam Community Post.

Ocean Keeper: Dome Survival is on sale for $5.59 until May 16th and is rated Playable due to needing to manually bring up the virtual keyboard.
