If you're waiting for the upcoming Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, then this news might tide you over a little, as CAPCOM has announced that Mai Shiranui is joining the fighter roster of Street Fighter 6 from February 5th.

She'll be playable across all 3 game modes in Street Fighter 6, as well as appearing as the newest Master in the World Tour mode. You can check out her trailer down below:

You'll have the choice between 2 outfits for Mai, either her classic Fatal Fury outfit or her outfit from the upcoming Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves game, which can be acquired either with Fighter Coins or by maxing your bond with Mai in the World Tour mode.

She'll have a variety of moves at her disposal, such as throwing her fan at opponents like a fireball, a powerful dragon punch that can neutralize airborne foes, and her Super Art which will allow you to effectively turn the tide of a battle.

If you own the Year 2 Character Pass or Year 2 Ultimate Pass, you'll have access to Mai on February 5th.

Street Fighter 6 is available now on Steam for $59.99 and is Steam Deck Verified. Mai will launch as a playable character for owners of the Year 2 Character Pass or Year 2 Ultimate Pass on February 5th.

Will you be playing as Mai when she comes to Street Fighter 6 next month? Let us know in the comments below!
