Little Sim World may have mixed ratings on Steam, but that doesn't change how interesting it looks. It's a 2D life simulator where you will design your home, meet your peculiar neighbors, and be the person you want to be. I enjoy games like this a lot, like The Sims and Stardew Valley, so this one looks like it's right up my alley. On top of that, it also got a new update that should improve how the game plays on the Steam Deck.

In the latest update, there's a dedicated section for the improvements that affect gamepads and the Steam Deck. There is now controller support for the world map, phone and app navigation is smoother, and there have been a plethora of fixes for cursor movement. There's also a specific fix for the Steam Deck to deselect input correctly when exiting the keyboard.
Apart from the gamepad improvements, there are also some balancing updates and UI fixes. A lesson for Advanced Build Mode has been added to the tutorial, scheduled deliveries now show their information at the Little's mailbox, newspapers are now one-time uses for knowledge EXP, the minimap is no longer interactable, and the tutorial text has been updated to show the correct run button.
You can check out the full changelog for the update via their Steam Community Post.

Little Sim World is $24.99 and rated Playable due to small in-game text.
