A new cozy 2D sim is here, and it looks quite fun to play. Little Sim World puts you in Little London, where you will meet the locals, design your home, and live life at your own pace. You will have to look out for yourself and develop your own skills like fishing, painting, cooking, and more, and I love the customization options. And it should be a lot better to play on the Steam Deck after one of its latest updates.

Two days ago, hotfix 0.52.1 was released, and with it came official Steam Deck and controller support. It uses Steam Input and directly supports the gamepad, which is fantastic for a game like this. The team also fixed the issue of being able to shop on the controller and rebinding in-game inputs.
On top of that, the update starts to fix save files getting corrupted from the game crashing during multiplayer, lag from launching the game has been fixed, and there should be a much better experience during the Festival of Eggs quest. There were also two other hotfixes that were released that continues to fix corrupted saves, more quest issues, a black screen when the game loads, and much more.
You can check out the changelog for the Steam Deck support hotfix via their Steam Community Post.

Little Sim World is on sale for $22.49 until May 8th.
