Kiborg Gets Steam Deck Verified After Improving Interface and Text

KIBORG is one of the more appealing beat 'em ups for me. I love the roguelike mechanics and awesome visuals, but it's the cyberpunk aesthetic that wins me over. I am a huge fan of that futuristic vibe, and KIBORG has it in spades! The game also just got a brand new update that welcomed it into the Verified world now that they have its green checkmark.

With their newest update, KIBORG is officially Steam Deck Verified. This was thanks to the patches in the past, which fixed video playback, improvements to the UI on the smaller screen, and better text readability throughout. This makes the game significantly better to experience on the go, which I would say is fantastic.

The update also fixes an issue that would cause the game to crash when pressing "Play Game", so no more random crashes before getting in-game. There are also balance changes throughout the game that affect the different classes, weapon attack damage, enemies, different weapon mods, and traps. There were also some new dismemberment death animations added, along with fixes for critical hits on heavy hitters and the Mine Launcher spawning all the mines in one place.
