There is no shortage of roguelike games, and Gunbot Diplomacy is another one. However, it looks quite interesting. You will mix and match different weapons, augments, and boosters on a hexagonal upgrade grid to create your own unique Gunbot. It's really interesting, and I love mixing and matching to create an interesting build. And with the newest update, it should be a bit better to play on the Steam Deck.

Gunbot Diplomacy

The 1.01.1 patch is focused primarily focused on the Steam Deck, which is just a pleasure to see. The module cards are larger with bigger text, and the layout and UI have been adjusted for better legibility on the smaller screen. This should make playing through and going through menus significantly more enjoyable on the deck.

The update also adds a new visual effect to make it clear where you are navigating and choosing in the UI, colors and effects have been adjusted, screenshake has been reduced from several weapons, Master Blaster now throws Oil Cans with a slight delay to improve its feel, and a visual bug for the Master Blaster not rotating properly has been fixed.

You can check out the full changelog for the update via their Steam Community Post.
