I love me some city builders, but none feel as engaging and unique to me as Frostpunk 2 does. We are building a city in an apocalyptic, icy wasteland, where we have to manage our heat and govern the people there. It's a ton of fun, and with controller support, it's a pretty solid experience on the Steam Deck that is getting a little better with the newest patch.
You can get Frostpunk 2 on GreenManGaming right now for $23.39, saving up to 48% on MSRP.

The new hotfix, which was released yesterday, includes some nice changes across the board, including one on the Steam Deck. The visuals for fog effects have been improved, making them look much nicer on the smaller screen. Other than that, the construction cursor has been increased when using a controller, which should help when using the Deck, and the Deluxe Podium will work correctly when playing offline.
With this being a hotfix, we also have a bunch of bug fixes across the board. This includes fixing a softlock on the Covert Business City message, the workforce slider not showing the actual blocked state reason, issues with chapter 5 starting up, and some tweaks were made to the side panel icons in the prologue sequence.
You can check out the full changelog for the update via their Steam Community Post.

Frostpunk 2 is on sale for $26.99 until November 8th and is rated Playable due to needing to manually bring up the virtual keyboard and small in-game text. If you want to save a little extra money, and support SteamDeckHQ, you can get it on GreenManGaming for $23.39.
