With everything happening throughout the world today, taking a break and looking inside to stay calm is becoming more and more essential. Admittedly, I don't look at idle games as particularly calming, but that is the theme with Four Divine Abidings. This newly released idle game was inspired by Buddhist philosophy, and it looks like it could be a lot of fun both on desktop and the Steam Deck.

While it isn't releasing with specific Steam Deck support, it does have a Linux build, which means it will be natively supported on the Deck. They also mention in the release announcement that Steam Deck support is awaiting confirmation from players, but it sounds like developer Vladlen Manshin is aware of the Deck and will be looking for feedback.
Otherwise, it sounds like the game is releasing with a solid amount of content. The gameplay is narrated and content complete with over 200 milestones, 32 skills, a full rebirth mechanic, and intertwined layers of strategy mixed with the progression. It sounds like a great time for the great price of nothing at all, which I love!

Four Divine Abidings is free to play on Steam right now.
