Every week, I take a look at all the free games you can get across multiple different websites to play on your Steam Deck. Both Epic Games and Amazon Prime consistently give away tons of games, and every now and then, GOG does the same. They sometimes give away some great games, and today is no different!

For the next two days, you can get Oaken on GOG for free! All you have to do is create an account on GOG and head to the embedded link. Then, just redeem the game. The turn-based tactical roguelike looks fantastic and is rated Steam Deck Verified with solid controller support, so there should be no issues running it on the Deck. It even has a native Linux version, which is always really nice to see. The only problem is that this is only on the GOG platform, but luckily, there are multiple ways to play GOG games on the Deck.

You can use the Heroic Games Launcher, which you can get through the Discover store. This is a community-made launcher that allows you to play Epic, GOG, and Amazon games on the Steam Deck and other Linux machines. This is generally the easiest way to play games from GOG, and with it, you will be able to easily access Oaken, add it as a non-Steam game, and play it via game mode.

The giveaway will end in two days on December 2nd, so make sure to head to GOG and grab the game before it ends!
