I remember when I first saw Death Trash years ago, and I fell in love with it. The post-apocalyptic RPG filled with grotesque creatures captivated me, and I loved it. Its updates have been taking a bit longer than I initially expected, but it's still a great game that I find hard not to enjoy. However, the next big update is here, and it looks like it will be quite an amazing one for all players.

In the new update, which adds in a good chunk of content, we also have a couple of Steam Deck-specific changes. You can now disable the default UI scale for the Deck if you want to customize it, while there was an initialization issue that was fixed for merging save games. I appreciate having the option to customize the experience the way we want to, so I am happy for this update.

But the biggest part is easily The Perished City. This is a whole new area with new locations, quests, enemies, items, and it continues the main campaign, which is awesome. We also have updates for the Legion of Flesh and some dialogue, fixes for crashes and co-op, updates to plugins and framework features, and improved handling of showing dialogue options as fresh or old. We also have a nifty new roadmap to look at so we can see what's coming next!

You can check out the full changelog for the update via their Steam Community Post.
