I love a good ol' tower defense game every now and then, and Artisan TD has my interest. You have to build mazes to ensure you survive, using your towers to stop enemies that are coming down the pathway. I love the concept behind it and the more realistic visuals, and yesterday, it officially got labeled as a great game to play on the Steam Deck!

In the new hotfix that was posted yesterday, there were a couple of optimization notes. They note that the UI will automatically enlarge depending on the resolution, which would be very helpful for lower resolutions like the 1280x800 resolution that is native to the Steam Deck. We also have performance optimizations, and a note that the game is now Steam Deck Verified.
I am elated to see games get the Verified badge after working on optimizing for the Deck, so I am quite pleased. I have seen Artisan TD get some updates with progress towards great Steam Deck compatibility, so that makes me very happy to see the badge be given after work has been done.
You can check out the announcement/changelog via their Steam Community Post.

Artisan TD is $16.99 on Steam.
