I love physics-based games, and that's why Arrogue caught my eye. It's a deck-building roguelike with turn-based combat where you will collect and upgrade your arrows with relics to destroy buildings and kill the enemies hiding behind them. It looks like a blast, literally, and the newest update should make it a better experience on the Steam Deck.

The new update has a lot of changes with it, including some specific Steam Deck fixes. There were some UI scaling problems, the tutorial button wasn't selectable, and the combat aim was too fast. These are little changes, but together, they make a big impact that should make the game more enjoyable on the go.
The update also includes some big new features. We now have an Endless Mode, a new character to play as, 18 new relics, four new arrows, some balancing across different relics and arrows, a big optimization pass, and many more changes. It's a solid update with some great new features, and I always appreciate endless modes in roguelikes.
You can check out the full changelog for the update via their Steam Community Post.

Arrogue is on sale for $8.39 until August 19th and is rated Playable due to needing a community controller configuration and small in-game text.
