There was a solid new Steam Deck Beta Client update that was released earlier today with some solid changes overall. We have fixes for the mouse cursor changing to a resize cursor and an issue with Steam Workshop integration, but if you have a Steam Machine, you will see a new "Great on Machine" section in your library that will only showcase games that are rated Steam Machine Verified or Playable.

Steam Deck Beta Client 7/14/26 Update Changelog:

  • Fixed mouse cursor changing to resize cursor at screen edges.

Steam Workshop

  • Fixed issue with games with older Steam Workshop integration where subscribed item files would be duplicated in different directories.

Steam Machine

  • Added 'Great on Machine' section to the Library
