While the $5 tier has some great games, I would say increasing to the $10 tier is the best bang for your buck. $10 for The Last Hero, Hellpoint, Greedfall, and Eldest Souls is very worthwhile, and Blade of Darkness looks quite intriguing as well. It helps that all of these games are playable on the Steam Deck, sporting either a Verified or Playable badge. So, I recommend picking this one up as soon as you can!
