Retroware announced a December 4th release date for their upcoming beat 'em up title, Toxic Crusaders.

Toxic Crusaders is a new upcoming action-adventure that will be available for $24.99/€24.99 on Nintendo Switch (1 & 2) and PC. You play as Toxie and his mutant crew in a brawler and beat 'em up style action through different episodes based on Troma’s cult 90s cartoon. Get ready to join a team of up to four players to brawl together on a journey.

Retroware also shared a release date trailer for Toxic Crusaders.

The game mechanics allow players to tag other Crusaders during the fight. Use the RAD mode to activate the supercharged mayhem. The 11 Pixel-Perfect Episodes include locations inspired by the series as well as continuing the story. Toxic Crusaders also features fully voiced comic-style cutscenes to focus on the unique story.

Moreover, physical editions of Toxic Crusaders will be available from Limited Run Games near the launch date. Fans can now wishlist the game and enjoy the demo on Steam.
