Revenge of the Savage Planet is a wild co-op adventure that's hard not to enjoy. You run around different worlds, discovering new creatures and shooting everything you can see. It has a lot of charm and humor to it, which plays well into its satirical nature, and it also just got an update that should help with performance on the Steam Deck.

The update that was released yesterday includes render optimizations for small distant objects. With how big the world is and how much it can render, this should help a lot with performance on lower-end devices and the Steam Deck. The game already runs, though it has some trouble keeping to 30 FPS on the lowest settings, so this should help out a bit.
The update also fixes some crashes that could happen, a bug that prevented selecting the journal with a mouse click, and better keyboard remapping. It's a small update in the grand scheme, but one that should be great on the Deck.
You can check out the update changelog via their Steam Community Post.

Revenge of the Savage Planet can be purchased for $37.99 on Steam and comes with a bonus suit and copy of their previous game, Journey to the Savage Planet. This deal lasts until the end of May.
