One of my favorite times at the beginning of each month is seeing which games have been played the most on the Steam Deck for the past month. It's intriguing to check out which titles are being played by most users, and honestly, it's very telling. We usually had to wait until the beginning of the month for Valve to release this information; however, it seems like we can check on this at any time thanks to Valve's new Steam Deck Chart!

SteamDeckTopPlayedChart

With this chart, you can select whether you want to see the top 100 played games on Steam Deck in the past week, month, or year from the current date. On top of that, the list will show the current price for each game (and if it's on sale), its Steam Deck Verified rating, and its change in rank. And it works fantastic with the Steam app on your phone!

This is perfect to have right before the Summer Sale since this can be a great way to see which games to check out or purchase for yourself, and it's cool seeing what everyone is playing. For the past week or month's current rankings, Elden Ring is topping the list (most likely due to Shadow of the Erdtree), but the yearly has Baldur's Gate 3 in that number one spot, with DAVE THE DIVER right behind it!

It's another great tool for finding out what games people are playing on the Steam Deck, and I recommend it! While I do still recommend checking out ProtonDB or us to see how games actually run, since I generally wouldn't recommend Baldur's Gate 3 on Deck for the most stable or optimal experience, this is still wonderful to have.
