Win a $30 Steam Game in SDHQ's First Community Competition

Not too long ago, we published our thoughts about the new HITMAN World of Assassination contract and DLC. They are both fantastic, and I highly recommend playing them and checking out the accompanying DLC, which includes some new weapons and a new costume. However, this article is all about a new competition that we are hosting for the next week, and it all revolves around this contract.

For the next week, we will be hosting a little competition! From now until 12pm PT on July 1st, we will be challenging our community to play through the new HITMAN World of Assassination contract and get the highest mission score. All you have to do is take a picture of your end mission screen, whether it be a direct screenshot or one taken on your phone, and post it on our HITMAN Competition Discord channel on our Discord Server. Once the contest ends, we will look through and find the person who has the highest score and contact them directly, so they can choose whatever game they want on Steam.

Make sure to read The Rules channel for the competition, which goes into detail on where to submit your mission and where you can discuss strategies. And yes, we will be keeping track and consistently updating with the highest score and who has it, as well as pinning it to make it easy for everyone to see.

The contract itself is free until July 5th for everyone who owns the game, so getting the DLC is not required. And with how great it is to play on the Steam Deck, we felt it was the perfect game to use for our first competition.

The Steam game the winner chooses must be $30 or less, but you can choose any game you want on Steam. We are doing this now specifically because it will end during the Steam Summer Sale, which means that there will be a lot of games discounted. So, there will ultimately be more games to choose from during this time period.

And even if you don’t get the highest score, there will still be a chance to win a prize. Everyone who submits the score will be entered into a random raffle. Whoever gets chosen in that raffle gets to choose a $15 game from Steam. So, it’s good to submit a score no matter what. You can also submit scores more than once, but only your highest score will count in the end, and you can only be entered into the runner-up raffle once.

If you don’t own HITMAN yet, don’t worry! The game will most likely go on sale tomorrow, and when it does, you can join in.
