The Alters Is At Its Cheapest Ever Thanks To Humble's Daily Deal

Humble's 15th Anniversary Summer Sale has a ton of incredible games that are discounted, and it's a great way to find new titles to add to our portable libraries. On top of the usual discounts, there are also some daily deals that have some extra discounts on top of them, and today's deal is a solid one that can be enjoyed on the Steam Deck.

For today, the sci-fi survival game, The Alters, is on an extra discount, which is the cheapest it has ever been. On the regular discount, it's $17.49, but with the daily deal, it goes down to $15.74. And if you are a Humble Choice subscriber, this can go even further down to $12.59 (depending on how long you have been subscribed). This extra discount is applied as soon as the game is added to the cart.

While it needs compromises, the game is playable on the Steam Deck. It's best at 30 FPS with low-to-medium quality settings, but if you're okay with sacrificing a few settings, we can get it up to 40 FPS most of the time. It's not optimal, but it's definitely playable if the Deck is your only device to play games on.
