ROG Ally SteamOS

A new SteamOS update was released into the preview branch and it has more to do with handhelds that aren't the Steam Deck. There is improved input support and power button support for both ASUS and Lenovo handhelds, which is most likely referring to the ROG Ally and Legion Go devices. It's possible the ASUS support is tacked on with the Lenovo support since there's been no announcement that ROG Ally will get SteamOS, but it's still interesting to see.

We also have support for frame limiting on VRR displays, both internal and external (which should help with handhelds like the Legion Go or ROG Ally, which have VRR displays, and a crash has been fixed when no display is connected.

You can download the update yourself in the System Settings on the Steam Deck. Make sure your update channel is set to Preview. With this coming, we will most likely see SteamOS 3.7.0 rolled out into stable within a month, which is extremely exciting!
