A new Steam Deck Beta Client update was released today with a focus on the Legion Go S. We now have a full SteamOS Compatible library tab for the Legion Go S, which will most likely extend to any handhelds that have SteamOS on it that aren't the Steam Deck. There was also an issue that prevented some apps from installing on the Legion Go S, but that has been fixed.

You can download the update yourself in the System Settings on the Steam Deck. Make sure your update channel is set to Beta or Preview.

  • Fixed 'Factory Reset' failing if the 'Reset OS' option was selected.
  • Fixed an issue preventing some apps from installing on the Legion Go S.
