Proton GE Conception Plus

Proton GE's newest version was released earlier today! 8-3 is a small one, but updates its components to the latest gits and fixes an issue with some applications swapping to windowed mode or when alt+tabbing. It also updates wine to the latest bleeding edge, which fixes some video playback regression that was introduced in the last version of GE:
