A small new Proton Experimental update was pushed out with a new playable game and a fix for one not being playable. Plain Sight can now be played, while Crimson Desert should now be playable again after the most recent update broke compatibility.
The new update should automatically download if you already have the experimental layer. If not, just search for Proton Experimental in the Steam store on your Steam Deck and download.
Proton Experimental 4/29/26 Update Changelog:
- Now playable: Plain Sight.
- Fixed Crimson Desert not being playable after a recent game update.
